Covermodels will be seen on cover pictures of newspapers or magazines. Through a cover shoot, the model can increase her name recognition and market value and thus, receive more assignments and become more interesting for high-profile clients. Compared to standard photo shoots, the fee is generally much lower as it is not centred around marketing a product. Sometimes there is even no fee being paid altogether.
