I've been working as a moderator since 2020, with a particular focus on event hosting. What fascinates me most is the stage, the direct interaction with the audience, and the dynamic nature of live situations. Whether it's a business event, sports event, panel discussion, or stage format, I love guiding people through events, creating energy in the room, and bringing content to life in an authentic way. My many years of experience in front of the camera, including work with SPORT1, provide a strong foundation for what I now apply specifically to live event stages. Because on live stages, it's crucial to convey information clearly while also building an emotional connection with the audience. As a permanent part of the SPORT1 team, I moderated the daily live morning format "2nach10," among other things. The regular live situations have trained me to guide programs confidently, react flexibly to spontaneous changes, and keep conversations lively. These very skills are essential at events—whether due to last-minute program changes, spontaneous interactions with guests, or actively engaging the audience. This summer, I’ll once again be on TV daily: For SPORT1, I’m hosting the show "WM Aktuell," guiding viewers live through an hour and a half alongside experts and well-known figures from the sports world. Working in this highly dynamic environment continuously strengthens my stage presence, quick-wittedness, and confidence in live moments—qualities I also bring to the event stage. Another highlight of my TV career was the primetime show "SPOTLIGHT," where I conducted interviews with personalities like Ralf Schumacher and Peter Neururer. These intensive conversation situations sharpened my ability to confidently guide my counterparts, react spontaneously to situations, and create an atmosphere where both guests and audience feel truly seen. Alongside my studio work, I was also regularly out in the field as a reporter—whether in stadiums or on the street. There, I learned to quickly build connections with people, ask spontaneous, relevant questions, and capture authentic moments. It’s precisely this closeness, flexibility, and spontaneity that I bring to my event hosting today. The stage has become just as familiar to me as the TV studio. I don’t just moderate events—I actively shape them: professionally guiding programs, seamlessly transitioning between segments, creating energy in the room, and engaging the audience intentionally. My extensive live experience, sense of timing and dramaturgy, and ability to adapt quickly to different target groups and topics all contribute to this. Content-wise, I’m versatile, covering everything from sports and entertainment to the electronics or automotive industries. At the heart of my work, however, is always the moderation itself: conveying content clearly, sympathetically, and in a way tailored to the audience, and infusing each event with unique energy. With professionalism, charm, and a lot of passion, I ensure that events not only run smoothly but leave a lasting impression.
