Since 2020, I have been standing on stage as a moderator, where individual program items come together to form an evening. My work and my approach are far more than just an introduction and don’t end with the applause: I maintain the red thread, guide panel discussions, provide context, capture the moment when a conversation takes a turn or the schedule slips, and ensure the right message is conveyed instead of getting lost in the flow. The diversity of this role is evident in my recent work. In Munich, I moderated the screening event for the series "Kaulitz & Kaulitz" over four consecutive evenings: after each pair of episodes, I led the audience discussion, contextualized the series' progress, and held the evening together in terms of content and dramaturgy. At the education conference in Würzburg, I served as the link between keynotes and panels—before 100 participants from education policy, schools, and foundations, tackling a topic that demanded depth. Every year, I open the fashion show at "Kultüren" in Munich, a format that requires pace, timing, and a keen sense of aesthetics. My core format is the panel discussion. The most intensive experience was during the 2026 FIFA World Cup: for six weeks, I hosted live discussions on stage for Ippen Media with sports personalities, contextualized the latest tournament developments, and guided the conversations. A stark contrast was a contemporary witness evening: a conversation that brought history to life and required restraint, listening, and sensitivity. Both are the same discipline, just at different volumes. Additionally, I work in television: for six years now, I have been in front of the camera for SPORT1, including hosting the format "WM Aktuell." Ninety minutes live, alongside experts and well-known sports figures. In the morning show "2nach10," I appeared live on camera, and for "SPOTLIGHT," I conducted live interviews with Ralf Schumacher, Marcell Jansen, and Nils Petersen. Live television is the toughest school for timing, quick-wittedness, and composure—and it’s this routine that I bring to every stage. What this means for you: You’re not getting an announcer, but a conversation leader. Someone who asks the right question at the right moment, brings together different perspectives, engages the audience, and keeps an overview—even when a discussion takes an unexpected turn or the schedule falters.
