Agency commission

The Agency commission is a fee that the model agency receives from the model fee. After every job the model does through the agency, the agency receives a commission of about 20%. This commission is a percentage that is taken out of the Buyouts and the general payment for the model. In Germany, the Agency commission is standardized at 20%, but in other European countries this commission is often higher.
