PPM – pre-production-meeting

The pre-production-meeting is the preliminary decision of the customer regarding the selection of models for a project. The date of the project is normally set but sometimes it gets changed unexpectedly. If a project date is being changed, the options for the models involved are updated right after the model agency confirms the change.
