As a Model or Hostess you apply to a company for a promotion job with your sedcard. Always remember that your sedcard is the first impression a company gets of you. In addition to your work experiences and qualifications like education / career, foreign language skills and other qualities your pictures will have the biggest influence on the decision of hiring you or not. In the following, we will show you how to take the perfect pictures for your Sedcard to increase your chances of getting the next Model / Hostess job. In general you should use pictures of yourself in many different positions so the Hostess Agency and the customer get a proper impression of you. #The Perfect Profile Picture

The first picture of your sedcard is usually a profile picture / portrait picture and the focus is on your face. Normally, the profile picture ends on top of the neckline and you choose the profile picture in a 2:3 format. Since you introduce yourself with this photo, a particularly well-placed picture is usually selected, which arouses sympathy and on which you present yourself with a friendly smile. If you have the possibility to have your profile picture shot by a professional photographer, this is ideal, but not a must.

#The American Portrait

The American portrait is often equated with the profile picture. As an alternative to the classic profile picture, it is often used as the first picture of the sedcard. In an American portrait, the hostess or model is photographed approximately up to the hip and the entire upper body is in focus. #The Full Body Picture

Also a full body photo may not be missing in your Sedcard. In the half totals (full body photo) you can be seen from head to toe in order to be able to perceive you completely as a person. #Polaroids

Polaroids are unedited portraits and full body pictures in which you can be seen without make-up. This kind of photo is about the customer getting a realistic and accurate picture of you. It is important to smile or laugh at least on some of the Polaroids so that the teeth are visible. It is also important to wear tight clothing to make your figure visible. Apart from the 3 standard formats you should absolutely fill your Sedcard with more photos. Choose pictures that reflect you and your personality. There are no specific requirements - except that they should not be "mirror photos" or selfies. #Checklist For Your Sedcard

✘No Selfies: Selfies with the interior camera or "mirror images" seem unprofessional and should not be on your sedcard.

✘No group pictures: Use only photos where you are the only focus.

✘No filter: Use pictures without filter and retouch.

✘No accessories: On the pictures you should be in focus, so we recommend not to wear too conspicuous accessories.

✔Recent photos: The pictures on your sedcard should reflect your current characteristics (hair color, haircut, clothing size, etc.).

✔High resolution: But not larger than max. 24 MB.

✔Show your features: If you have piercings or wear glasses, this should at least be visible on some pictures.

✔Copyright: If you have photos of a photographer, think of a written permission for the use of the pictures.
